SHIPPING

Currently, all products are shipped within Germany. For international orders, please contact me via email at hello@objektnormal.de , specifying the items you wish to purchase and the delivery country. I will respond shortly with further details.

DELIVERY TIMES

To process your order it may take up to 10 business days to dispatch since shipments are prepared weekly. Within Germany, DHL usually delivers within 1–3 business days. If you opt for local pickup, your order may take up to a week to be ready, and you will be notified once it is available.

STUDIO PICK-UP

By selecting PICKUP option, you can collect your order approximately one week after placing your order. I will be notified via Email when your Order is ready to be picked up. Payment should be completed online before collection.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are sent via DHL, and Objektnormal is responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.However, damages occurring after the package is opened are not covered.

Shipping costs include both packaging and shipping. If a package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a nearby DHL location for up to 7 days before being returned to us. If uncollected during this period, additional shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS / CANCELLATION

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Please notify us in advance of your return via post or email
